Does ‘xodaa’ خدا ‘god’ come from the Turkic words ‘kutay/kutsal/kutlu’ (holy, blessed)?

I checked a few sources and all trace the word back to Pahlavi or Avestan, so it doesn’t seem to be related to Turkish.
